Sláinte Saunas was build on a simple idea - that the sauna is more than heat. It's a ritual. A reset. A way to feel present.
What started on the west coast of Ireland as a place to gather, to slow down, and reconnect, has grown into a small collection of sauna experiences, along with a bespoke build service for homes & businesses.
Today, Sláinte Saunas exists in two ways.

Our public sauna experiences are designed in to be simple, social, and grounding. Wood-fired heat. Cold water. Fresh air.
Whether you're stepping out of the Atlantic in Mayo or visiting us in Dublin (currently under construction in Sandymount), the experience is the same. A rhythm of hot and cold that leaves you feeling clearer, calmer, and more alive.
It's something to do with friends, or something to do alone. Either way, you'll leave different than when you arrived.
Build Your Own
Alongside our public saunas, we design and build bespoke saunas for private and commercial spaces.
Each sauna is made to order - designed around its environment, its purpose, and the people who will use it.
From compact garden saunas to larger architectural builds, our approach is the same:

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Every build is considered, functional, and built to last.
