10-Person Wood-fired sauna
Our spacious, wood-fired sauna comfortably fits up to 10 people, making it perfect for group gatherings or shared wellness rituals.
Three Cold Plunge tubs
The perfect counterpoint to the heat of the sauna. Move between warmth and cold at your own pace, using the contrast to reset and refresh.
Rainfall Shower Wall
A dedicated shower wall offers a refreshing transition between heat and cold. Step beneath the rainfall showers to cool, reset, and prepare for another round in the sauna.
BEFORE YOU COME
What to Know
BRING
A towel, swimwear and water. Flip-flops recommended.
ARRIVE
Five minutes before your slot. Sessions start on the hour and the fire doesn't wait.
CHANGING
There are covered changing areas on site. No lockers, so leave anything valuable at home. Toilets are available at GAA clubhouse.
WEATHER
We're open rain or shine. We only close if the weather turns unsafe, and we'll contact you if we do.
CHANGING PLANS
Free to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before. After that, we can't move or refund your session.
REQUIREMENTS
Sixteen and over. Under-eighteens are welcome with an adult in the same session.
GETTING THERE
Sean Moore Park, Sandymount
The sauna is tucked in right at the back of Clanna Gael GAA Club, next to Sean Moore Park. Enter off of Sean Moore Road and go straight down to the back, past the hurling wall.
PARKING
There is plenty of free parking at the back of the club, right in front of the sauna facilities. Please note that parking is not free during events at Aviva Stadium.
